Membership meetings are held every other month on the second Wednesday typically at noon, though the time may change depending on the venue or format. Often we have BYOB (bring your own bag-lunch) luncheons, which last approximately an hour. To make meetings most convenient for everyone, the locations rotate among Hampton, Newport News and Williamsburg, reflecting the demographics of the chapter membership, as directed in the chapter bylaws.
